technician. These codes are good for one connection only and then an additional
code will need to be provided by the technician. After entering your code
and clicking "Connect to technician", please respond in the affirmitive
to any prompts that may appear on your screen to install and run the connection
software.
This software will uninstall from your system when the support session is complete.
